The word addiction means “to be dependent upon” or “to be held in bondage to.” Our society very clearly identifies drugs and alcohol as potentially addictive substances. I think there is one even more powerful - pornography. Some of the symptoms of this addiction are watching pay-per-view sex movies, purchasing pornographic material either on the web or in stores, frequenting nude dancing establishments and calling 900 numbers.
