If you’re a baseball fan, you’ve probably heard that the Texas Rangers have been in a little financial trouble for quite some time now and were forced to file bankruptcy. They recently went up for auction and it all came down to two bidders: the current owner of the Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban, and the Hall of Fame pitcher Nolan Ryan and associate. The winning bidder was Nolan Ryan in the amount of five hundred and ninety three million dollars! That’s a lot of money. Are they worth that much? Is any of it worth that much? (No wonder I have to pay so much to attend a ball game!) Where do you spend your hard earned dollars? Where is your focus when it comes to money?
