There are three elements involved in recovering from addictive behaviors: your body, thoughts, and feelings. The body is the channel in which recovery will take place. It must be healthy. Your thoughts need to be focused on truth. Take responsibility for your thoughts and don’t entertain lies or misunderstanding. Your body and your thoughts contribute to how you feel. Feelings or emotions are nothing more than indicators or barometers that reveal your health and thought life. They are also evidence of your personal beliefs.
